On the 1st Feb 2011, my classmates and I went to the Vancouver aquarium for a biology filed trip. It took me more than an hour to get there by public transport and walking. But it was totally worth it. I reached there at 9:30 am and gathered at the back entrance. After waiting in a room for a while, we went into the wetland laboratory. Inside the lab, we were separated into
4 groups, each assigned to a table with aquatic animals mostly in the
phylum Arthropoda, Echinodermata, Cnidaria and Mollusca.
We were asked to switch the table every
15 minutes and investigatethe organisms under the guide of the instructors.
After the investigation, we learned many about the wetland in BC and the organisms.
I found them interesting and attractive because of their diversity and appearance.
After the investigation, we were allowed to freely go around and take photos in
the main exhibition area of the aquarium. We all enjoyed a lot and had tonnes
